Hey! I'm Cosmic Lucy (my real name is Megan... don't ask me how I got from Megan to Cosmic Lucy!) and this is my dolling site. I put my dolls on display here for you to look at. I think most of them are adoptable, but if I ever have any that aren't adoptable, there'll be a big sign that says, 'DO NOT ADOPT' near them. :) Pretty self-explanatory.
Q: What the heck is a doll?
A: Wikipedia's definition: "Dollz, Cartoon Dolls or Pixel Dolls are small pixelated images, generally of people. They are mainly used online as avatars, signatures or just displayed as artwork on personal webpages."
Q: Can I take these?
A: If they don't have anything near them that says 'do not adopt,' then yes. :)
Q: How do you make these?
A: I use MS Paint and PhotoImpact.
